This item is in stock now and ready for delivery within a 14 day period. Delivery service below is £350 inc VAT for anywhere within mainland England and Wales.
This service is ONLY available within mainland England and Wales. Please
contact us if you live outside this area, as surcharges and/or warranty
limitations may apply.
Delivery time is normally between 10am and 2pm (unless otherwise agreed), on
a date agreed between the purchaser and the seller.
All delivery prices are inclusive of:
Delivery of the item to your address,
Moving the item from the vehicle to the intended location (excludes
swim spas/exercise pools)
Installation
Filling
Water balancing
Handover tutorial,
On-site warranty
Customer Requirements:
The customer must ensure there is sufficient access to move the item
into the desired position.
The customer must ensure provision of a suitable hose pipe, with
adequate water pressure, that will reach the intended site for the product.
The customer must ensure that the correct power supply has been
installed by a suitably qualified electrician who is on-site at time of
delivery to connect the item.
Due to initial heating times and chemical balance, the product may not
be ready for use within the initial 12 hours from first switching-on.
Due to the complexities of our delivery schedules, we will require 4
working days notice prior to delivery should the purchaser wish to amend
their delivery date.
Swim Spa/Exercise Pool customers have additional obligations, such as
provision of a crane or other suitable lifting device, at their own expense,
at time of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly advise you thoroughly read our
pre-delivery guide and checklist for Hot Tubs and Swim Spas in order to
ensure we can fulfil all of the above obligations. If this guide is not
followed, we may not be able to complete some/all aspects of the delivery
service. In such instances we will either leave the item on-site as-is, or
re-fund the purchase price, excluding all delivery costs.
For Massage Chairs:
This item is in stock now and ready for delivery within a 14 day period.
This service is ONLY available within mainland England Wales and Scotland,
excluding Highlands.
After you place your order, our couriers will contact you and arrange a
convenient time for delivery.
All "delivery" prices are inclusive of:
Delivery of the item to your address,
Moving the item to the intended location provided there is sufficient
access
Customer Requirements:

The customer is advised to locate the item within reach of a 240v
domestic wall socket.

complete some/all aspects of the delivery service. In such instances we will
either leave the item on-site as-is, or re-fund the purchase price,

This item is in stock now and normally dispatched within 3 working days.
Delivery time is also around 3 working days.
Please allow 7 working days from time of order until delivery. We will
contact you in the unlikely event of any further delay.
